Wrong product delivered
Significant quality issues with arrangement
Delivery not attempted on scheduled date
Missing items from your order

Not Eligible for Refund

Natural wilting after 3-5 days (normal for fresh flowers)
Damage caused by recipient after delivery
Incorrect delivery due to wrong address provided
Orders not claimed or recipient unavailable
Change of mind after successful delivery
