1) Is the delivery done on the Same Day? What is the Cut-Off time?
Yes, we do deliver on Same Day. This Same Day delivery is possible to approximately 175 Cities All over India. For the Same Day delivery you need to check out the details of List A of Delivery Locations Page. Same Day delivery orders must be placed within 4P.M. on the date of delivery. This is a proof of our strong delivery network.
2) Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?
Yes, we deliver gifts on Sundays and Holidays too. We deliver gifts on every single day in a year. Only on certain products that are being delivered through courier are being delivered only on working days.
3) Are the flowers being couriered? Can you ensure Freshness?
No, the flowers are not being delivered through courier. It will be hand delivered through the local florist. Thus we can surely assure you about the fact that the flowers will be absolutely fresh.
4) What will Happen if the delivered flowers / cakes / any perishable item is not fresh?
If the delivered item is not fresh and the receivers refuse to have this then we shall send the gift again as soon as possible without charging any extra cost. But if the recipient accepts the gift then we have no responsibility for complaints placed later.
5) What will happen if some items are not available Locally? How will it then be delivered?
If any item is not available locally then we shall courier it within 1-3 days time depending on the locations and also on holidays, if there is any.
6) Can You deliver customized Gift which is not there in the website?
Yes, we do send Customized gifts to any Parts of India. Simply send us a mail and we will confirm you the same.
7) Do you send any Greeting Card along with the ordered flowers / gifts?
Yes, we provide Greeting Card with every delivered product so that you can convey your message through it.

9) What will Happen if the name of my city/town is not in your locations list?
Have you properly gone through the Locations Page There are least possible chances of missing out the name of any city or town as we provide the biggest delivery network. If we are being unable to deliver then probably nobody else can do that. In case we have missed out name of some remote cities or villages then contact us at for help. Chances are we shall go out of way to ensure delivery of your order.
10) What will happen if I want any delivery to be made on a particular time?
We assure you with delivery on a particular date. But depending on the traffic and road conditions in India we cannot assure you about the delivery time in particular. But again we have delivered 95% of our orders in time as specified by the customer. Mention your desired timing in the Other Instruction Box in the Order form. Here we are mentioning for your knowledge that Freshly Baked Cakes can be delivered only after 10.30 A.M. So please don’t insist us regarding Cake Delivery on early hours. We do not deliver cakes early unless customers insist us.
11) How do we will know that whether our orders are being delivered?
It is not possible every time to keep the order status updated. We normally update the status next day morning.
