  • We guarantee delivery on date but, even though we try our level best to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular time. Although we try to deliver around the mentioned delivery time as instructed and process the order for delivery as far as possible to deliver on or before the particular time mentioned, but we do not guarantee that. Some Gift items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, Apparels etc are essentially delivered through courier and are dispatched from our end well in time. We are responsible for delay in dispatch from our warehouse and will not be responsible for delay at the logistic partners end.

  • We shall dispatch all non tracking rakhi orders from our end. Since, these are non tracking orders, we shall not be liable to track it's delivery and will not entertain any complaint for non delivery in these orders. Customers are requested to connect with their recipients for delivery confirmation. They may ask the recipients to visit the local post office and check in their designated post box and drop box. They are also required to check the parcel at their community drop box.

  • Quality of the products depends on the products supplied by the brand owners.If you have any complaints against the products then you may lodge it through us.

  • We try to offer you with better kinds of floral arrangements as exhibited in the website. The arrangement provided to you may vary from the displayed one due to unavailability of flowers or for other reasons that are beyond our control. Certain hand delivered items like Cycles, Pressure Cooker; T.V. etc may vary depending on the stocks. We have the right to change items ensuring the product quality for the customers.

  • Products like flowers / cake / mithai / others are not available according to your orders then we will send you the best available products in our stocks of flowers / cake / mithai / others similar gift items. We ensure about the qulity satisfaction of the products for the customers in such cases.

  • According to the location of the major cities and towns delivery time may vary from the same day of placing the order till three business days. We deliver the orders in metropolitan cities within the same day. In major cities and towns we deliver it within one business day and for other locations we deliver it within two-three business days.

  • Certain items cannot be delivered under unavoidable situations. In these cases you have a right of 100% cash refund.

  • Any claim other than that of 100% refund is objectionable unless these claims are being made within 24 hours.

  • "If customer raises complaints with the quality of the delivered items - they need to mail with the image of the delivered items within 48 hours of delivery for the complain to be registered and investigated".

  • If there is any complain against the quality of the products then they are being re delivered for customer satisfaction. But all these complaints have to be lodged within 48 hours of delivery. Cash can also be refunded depending on the nature of the complaints but the right of refund depends on the owner of the website.

  • In case of order cancellation a customer needs to cancel it at least 24 hours before the date of delivery or of shipment. However in such instances 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted for the purpose of credit card processing.

  • The proprietor of the site has the rite to cancel the order.

  • All claims are subjected under the jurisdiction of local court of Calcutta in India.

  • If the recipient or any other representative is unavailable for receiving the order of perishable items like flowers, cakes and sweets then it will be considered to be delivered. However, we always make an appointment before delivering these items.

  • Items like Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Leather Bags, and Watches etc are normally delivered through courier so we cannot ensure about the time of delivery. The online tracking details provided by the courier companies will be accepted as a proof of delivery.

  • The MRP of the products include other taxes like that of services, delivery and online transactions cost that cannot be shown separately due to technical restrictions.

  • Freshly baked Cakes are delivered fresh from the bakeries and thus can be delivered only after 10.30 A.M. In certain exceptional cases you can request to store the cake in refrigerator and to deliver it in next morning. But we will advise you not o do this.

  • We provide you delivery guarantee on date but not on time. We try to deliver our products within your preferred time but we cannot assure about perfect timing. Normally we start processing order ignoring your specified time.

  • The prices tagged in our website are FREE for delivery within the cities. For delivering perishable items beyond city limits or to villages may cost extra charge of $1 to $3. After delivering your order we may send you a link for paying this extra delivery charge if required. But for this we donít keep the delivery on hold and assure you about delivery in right time.

  • The various logos/trademark used in the website belonged to the respective companies and they are the owner of said logos/Trademark. Wines and Champagnes (Sparkling Wine) items sold here are Non-Alcoholic.

  • Orders placed after 4P.M. IST is considered as the next day orders BUT still we will try our level best to distribute them on the same day. A phone call after placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.

  • Right of Refusal: has the right to cancel the order without pointing out any particular reason to the customer. But in such cases will refund all your money.

  • All claims are subjected under the jurisdiction of Local Courts Kolkata, India only.

  • If there is any Octroi charge then it will be paid by the consignee as this may be applicable in the Recipients State.

  • For any international delivery sent through courier, any charges levied by the customs department of recipient's country like Customs Duty, VAT or Octroi; will have to be borne by the Customer/Recipient and we shall not be liable for the same. In case the customer/recipient refuses to pay this amount at the time of clearance/delivery of the parcel, the order will be considered as delivered and will not be liable for any refund.

  • For any order in which problem arises due to the mistake of the user e.g. wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be given.

  • For deliveries at Hostel, Hotels & Hospitals address, POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery. Though we try to get the sign of the actually intended recipient but at these places, due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot assure it.

  • All Rakhi orders will be delivered at the earliest irrespective of delivery date chosen.

  • We are despatching all consignements as per your orders & we shall not be responsible for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at you end.

  • Due to Covid 19 pandemic sweets supply is low, hence this year we shall dispatch Haldiram or Bhikaram Chandmal Sweets and Namkeen, as per availability. Both are brands at par. All requisite Safety n Hygiene will be maintained.
